“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful dining experience at the restaurant in Gasthof Birnbaum! The pickle white asparagus salad was absolutely incredible — fresh, huge Bavarian white asparagus with amazing flavor and perfect texture. The Bavarian-style meatballs were massive, juicy, and delicious… almost looked like little 1/4 lb hamburgers! Served with authentic German potato salad and crispy onions that added the perfect crunch. To top it all off, enjoying a cold German Radler alongside the meal made the experience even better. Fantastic traditional food, cozy atmosphere, and true Bavarian hospitality. Highly recommended if you are visiting the Erlangen”
